Suggestions on hosting an inexpensive party

Posted in Party Town with tags , , , , on 1 March 2009 by partytown

There are many ways to host a themed party without spending lots of Dollars. Here are our suggestions on how to create a memorable party without breaking the bank.

Suggestion 1: Unsurprisingly we recommend helium filled balloons!!!!  They are quite inexpensive and come in so many styles and colors .  Why not simply fill balloons with helium and let them fill a ceiling for a dramatic effect.  You can either let them float up without a ribbon or you can add a curling ribbon in coordinating or complimentary colors to each one for some added effect.
Suggestion 2: Candles, simply using them in coordinating or complimentary colors, placed into a clear or colored glass vase, maybe with some flowers create an instant table centerpiece and a wonderful ambient light for your guests to enjoy.
Suggestion 3: Mirrors can also help candles bring a dramatic effect to a table top. Simply place a candle on the mirror and add a few flowers and/or greenery around to create a nice effect and an awesome table centerpiece.
Suggestion 4: Use coordinating or contrasting colors can make a difference when you are setting your table and makes the table seem more professionally done.
Suggestion 5: Grouping balloons in a bouquets with coordinating or contrasting colors with only one special balloon in the grouping, fill the balloons with helium and tie on a long or short curling ribbon and then tie to a weight. By using lots of groupings around an event can make a party venue look more special.
Suggestion 6: Crepe paper streamers are a very inexpensive way to decorate and give a huge splash of color to a party.
Suggestion 7: Balloons sculptures, 0r fill a separate entryway waist full of balloons for your guest to wade through.
Suggestion 8: Pinatas – A simple piñata filled with sweets and trinkets, a piñata stick and a blindfold is all that is needed to create a ton of fun at any party indoors or out.
If you have any other suggestions please let us know.

20,000 Balloon Drop and Inflatable stars

Posted in Incredible Concepts with tags , , on 28 February 2009 by partytown

Welcome to the first in a series of ground-breaking, nail biting, world class blogs (or ‘web logs’ for those of you not coherent with cyberspace jargon).

These blogs have been designed for YOU, the customer, to keep you in the loop with the ever expanding world of event theming and decor!

Check back here for current promotions, unique ideas and incredible concepts for your next event from Incredible Concepts and Party Town!  First off I’d just like to thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to visit our site. Sure visiting our site is actually part of your busy schedule, and thats why we’re here.  To help make the event your trying to plan fast, cost effective and most of all, memorable.

Kicking us off this week: Balloon Drops and Releases.  Honestly, this is my favourite service that Incredible Concepts offers. You’re dancing. You’re having a great time. That hot guy across the room keeps eyeing you off.  He’s walking towards you.  Suddenly, the roof seemingly collapses around you in a multitude of colours, confusion and excitement. What happened to the hot guy?  You don’t care.  Still not convinced?

Check this out

The amount of balloons you require is not a problem. Our resume of high ranking clientele is long and distinguished, namely Perth Glory. Take a guess at how many balloons they ordered for their drop?  Yeah, 20, 000.  So don’t think twice when considering how many baloons; we’ve seen everything.  There is a minimum of 300 balloons per order @ $495 (which includes fitting), but, honestly, you would’nt want anything less.  Thats just silly.  Let us know how many, when and where, and we’ll cover the rest.

BLAM! That is the sound created by our inflatable stars catching your guests eyes. For instance, click here. Eye catching right? Our stars can be hung, flung, dropped, sat, purched, or paraded. The list is endless.

Maybe not flung. Any of our stars are $180 to hire, being 2.4 metres tip to tip, coming in a range of colours and get cheaper as you hire more!

And now, just a friendly public service announcement, reminding you about events you can look foward to celebrating over the next month:

* What If Cats and Dogs Had Opposable Thumbs? Day – March 3 (that might be a lie)

* Saint Patricks Day – March 17 (Hopefully there will be more next month…)

AND SO, THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN. I mean that, capital letters and all. I hope you enjoyed reading this blog as much as I enjoyed writing it (hopefully it didn’t take you as long). Just remember if you need any more information on anything I’ve mentioned here, or on our website, dont hesitate to call Adrian, thats my boss, on 1300 332 673 or email him at adrian@incredibleconcepts.com.au. He’s quite nice. I look foward to writing much more unessential reading for you sometime soon (hopefully).

Much love to all. – Crackers
